Here is what we charge.
Most agencies will not tell you the fee until the third call. We think that is a tell. Ours is 10% of the combined ad spend across every channel we run, ads included. The structure and the promises below do not change, whether you are launching or scaling across every channel at once.
One plan.Every channel and the ads, for 10% of spend.
No tiers to pick between and no creative retainer on the side. The fee is 10% of the combined spend we manage, with a monthly minimum while spend is small.
Everything below, every month, for every channel in the agreed scope.
- Paid social and search. Meta, Google and TikTok accounts set up or rebuilt, watched every day, with budget moved toward what returns.
- Ads made every week. UGC style video, animation, statics and product page images from our own AI pipeline, directed and reviewed by people. New ideas plus fresh versions of what is winning.
- Marketplaces and retail media. Amazon listings, storefront and sponsored ads, and Instacart, Target Roundel and Walmart Connect where you have shelf.
- Site and landing pages. A landing page per angle once spend justifies it, and the fixes your product pages need to convert the traffic we buy.
- Email and SMS. Klaviyo flows and campaigns built and run as purchases grow.
- One set of numbers. A live workbook, a check-in every two weeks that starts with asks, and a monthly deck walked through on a call.
- Planning. A budget by channel tied to margin and inventory, replanned every quarter, scaled in steps while the target holds.
- Onboarding. Accounts audited, tracking checked, targets from your margin and order value agreed before money moves.
How the fee works
10% of the combined spend across every channel we run, invoiced every two weeks. A monthly minimum, set on the first call, applies until 10% passes it, then falls away. Nothing is priced by the hour and nothing is added to the media.
The terms.Terms that hold under every version.
Whatever the fee comes to, these do not move. They are in every contract, as printed here.
Asked first. The questions a founder asks before the fee.
Short answers. Anything else, ask on the call.
What does fractional CMO mean here?
The work a head of marketing and the agencies under them would do, from one team: the plan, the media buying on every channel, the ads, the pages, email, and the reporting. You get the seat without the salary or the stack of retainers.
Where does the AI come in?
Mostly in making the ads. Our own pipeline turns an angle into video, animation, statics and pages in days, so we can test far more ideas than a normal creative budget allows. People choose the angles, direct the work, review every ad and decide what runs.
How is the fee worked out?
10% of the combined ad spend across every channel we run, invoiced every two weeks. Until 10% passes a monthly minimum, set on the first call for your stage, you pay the minimum. Nothing is priced by the hour and nothing is added to the media.
Do you hold the media dollars?
Never. Billing sits on your card with every platform. We take a seat on the account and run the work; the money never passes through us.
Who owns the ad accounts and the ads?
You do, always. Every account is in your name, on your billing, with us added as users. Every ad and page we make is yours to keep. If we part ways you remove our access and lose nothing.
What should we expect at the start?
A target set from your margin and order value, agreed together before money moves. New accounts need a few weeks of spend to learn; we scale budgets in steps while the target holds and say plainly when a channel is not working.
We have not launched yet. Too early?
No. Pre-launch is a good time: we set up the accounts, tracking, pages and first ads so day one spends on a tested plan instead of a guess.
How long is the commitment?
Three months to start, then month to month. We open the renewal conversation 15 days before the end of the initial term. There is no annual lock in.
